Urrbrae Estate Olive Oil is made from olives grown at Urrbrae from recently grafted trees on fifty-year-old rootstock. The olives are picked at varying stages throughout the growing season and blended to achieve a balance of early, mid and late-season. The olives are centrifuge pressed within 24 hours of picking, to ensure extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality and freshness.
