Testimonials
We meet some of Urrbrae students at the royal show this year
I want to thank the students & staff for their kind happy approach to our six year old son whom goes to Nairne primary school, he enjoy riding on the tractor, looking at the water animals and patting piglets, lambs & kids. 😀
Even with the business of the show, the students seemed very relaxed and answered my questions about the school they go to.
Urrbrae sounds like a wonderful learning environment for the young people to learn & develop.
Very positive and I thank the school for the seeds they gave us.
We look forward to beautiful sunflowers in our garden.
Cheers
I would like to express my thanks to the students who attended the royal show and worked in the learning centre, every student we encountered was polite, thoughtful, inclusive, and knowledgeable.
My daughter and I had a great time checking out each experience and everyone was so very kind.
You should all be very proud of yourselves.
Thank you all and best wishes for your futures
Our Canadian visitors have departed today and I realise I have not yet seriously thanked you for the wonderful school tour you organised for us.
I'm sure you were aware, at the time, of how much our visitors, and our Adelaide members, enjoyed learning about what happens within the boundary of such an interesting and worthy educational facility.
If only I had been aware of such an educational path, my schooling might have been a more joyous experience.
The Manitobans were truly impressed and, I'm sure, will be telling the folk at home all about Urrbrae Agricultural High School.
Warmest thanks
My children have been at Urrbrae for 5 years now. Every day they come home sharing stories about what they have learnt in particular in the clubs they are involved with. These clubs include sheep, cattle, goat, alpaca and the Environmental Focus group. It has taught them that school life at Urrbrae is more than just a classroom and commitment to a club means being organised and punctual. Animals need looking after and if you don’t show up for your club other people need to do it. Seeing them show the skills they have learnt at shows and school events makes us as a family feel a part of the Urrbrae community.
