The momentum created at the first Interschool Captains Meeting in March has continued apace, with a second collaborative meeting held on Friday May 23rd.
School Captains from Urrbrae, Unley HS, Mitcham Girls HS and Blackwood HS reconvened at Unley HS for a two hour meeting which enabled further sharing between school representatives, with the added dimension of forming four Action Teams to engage in further discussion about specific areas of Student Leadership and Student Voice in schools.
The cross-school sharing has been particularly beneficial, allowing student leaders to learn about how initiatives and actions are being developed and enacted at our various schools. Enthusiastic discussion and planning is now underway to investigate how an Interschool sports competition might be set up in the near future. The next collaborative interschool  meeting will be hosted by Mitcham Girls High in late June.
